This product is well made, easy to put together and easy to take apart. It has a nice weight to it which provides just enough resistance without putting too much stress on your joints.
This is so fun. It use much less space than a regular hoola hoop.
I'd been using a children's hoop for exercise, but decided to step things up with this one. It's not as heavy as I was expecting, but I CAN feel a difference. The padding is comfortable and I like that I can disassemble this for travel. Very pleased!

Love this new weight loss device! I’ve only been using it for a week but it has been so much fun! Easy to use even if you’ve never hula hopped before. The extra knots helped so much to fit me just right instead of being too small.
The size of the hoop can be adjusted to the right size and it can stay on your waist without falling off. It’s a fun way to exercise!

I bought this because of being stuck inside working from home during the pandemic, I wanted something fun to get myself out of my chair for a few minutes between meetings. Very easy to assemble, all the pieces click into place.
