Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. We offer free and easy returns for all domestic and international orders. Please contact Customer Support to schedule the return and receive a prepaid return label. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
After your payment is verified, it takes up to 48 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 9 am will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 9 am on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.
Our policy lasts 30 days after your order has been delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your product(s) were delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

A Return Authorization (RA) must be obtained prior to returning the product; to request an RA number, please email us at email@example.com
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once we confirm that the item complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 7 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.
After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to be placed back on your credit card or Paypal account.
