My dogs are thrilled with this bed!
We purchased two beds before Covid for our dogs and they loved them. They felt safe and cuddly. After that, they were sold out for awhile with increased sales. Happy to support the business, but the third bed we purchased a couple of days ago arrived and we're thoroughly disappointed. Well I feel the softness is still there, they either changed manufacturers or cut down on their materials. The image attached shows the first bed on the left. The second bed (on the right) is the one we just received. Two totally different products. Our dog Freddie won't even sleep on it. While we loved our initial purchase and demand skyrocketed with covid, I'm disappointed in this purchase and probably will return it if we cannot get a bed with the thickness it originally had that the dogs could stick their heads under. Totally not what I expected.
