I like the fact that it includes a rechargeable lithium-ion battery--no need for AAA batteries. Once adjusted the headband remained set for my head.

I've been using this headlamp for almost 3 months now as an HVAC service tech. It's just bright enough to light up the entire room like it's daylight which allows seeing what you're working on and where you're going, unlike the regular lamps.
