Step 1: Place Optinec™ on your neck.
Step 2: Close the metal deflation valve (turn clockwise)
Step 3: Press the pump to inflate until your neck feels stretched.
Step 4: Deflate if required, to adjust to the most comfortable level for you.
Step 5: Slide the metal ball back into the pipe to block the airflow.
Step 6: The pump can now be removed after the metal ball blocks the airflow.

I’ve been using the product for almost a week now, 20 minutes a Day. There is less tension in my neck and it only gets better after each use. I recommend this product if you experience tension headaches or low range of motion due to tightened neck muscles.
