This product is very easy to install, however when using it in a vehicle, which I thought was its purpose, it fall short. I have found it almost impossible to get the phone hooked to the device in a manner in which I can see the phone. The stem iss simply not long enough, so there is little to no wiggle room to maneuver the phone so that itis in view, rather than facing almost straight up. Would not recommend this product.
